A really good point, Riders. Anyone can comment. You don't have to have written a story to do so. Readers' views are most welcome. :study:

And just to add, you needn't be a writer to comment. Readers' comments are gratefully appreciated -- we want to know that folks are enjoying (or not) our efforts.
Perhaps someone who is thinking of making that terrifying first step towards posting a story (really, we're always happy to see new writers) can start their creativity flowing in their commentary.

Hi, Gang.
It was mentioned in chat that some people who post late in the month are getting less comments than other stories. In the spirit of spreading the love can I gently ask that you bear this in mind before launching into the next month's challenge and spread comments evenly? Us poor writers get no reward other than the idea that someone is reading and enjoying our work, so all those precious comments matter to us sensitive souls.
Writers love comments almost as much as they love ex-outlaws.
