I'd say that it sounds fair to say that the winner cannot go in for the vote the next month. It's a good way to spread the joy.

I like the idea of having the person who wins choose the next one. That way, no one is burdened with trying to come up with something original every month. I'm assuming the winner would not be eligible for voting the following month. Is this correct?

So, you wanted a challenge and you got it and people do seem to be enjoying it. What Your Mysterious Admin Person needs to know is how do we decide the subject for the challenge each month. We can have a rota or the winner of the challenge can choose a subject for the next month- or do you want to vote at all?


In keeping with our way of doing things I'm going to run a poll and we'll go with the majority view.
