Something is being destroyed?

It is to do with it being destroyed - but loosely, Javabee.  When I think about your earlier answer of technology too, I may have to retract that and say that it is vaguely something to do with technology, after all.  But only in this picture and not the others in the link.

Eliminating items that might incriminate or identify them?

Not incriminating or identifying them, but I like that one, Javabee.  I'm storing that away for future use.

Is it more in the direction of getting their fingers burned?

Okay, this is a tricky one again, but you've only got a week to get it before we go away.

In both pictures they are trying to keep from getting "burned", or taken advantage of, by a woman?

How do I put this as a clue?  The link is in the picture, but is also what should be in the picture.  It's not being taken advantage of by a woman, although I can see why you chose that.

Could the link have something to do with rectifying mistakes/wrongdoings?

It is to do with mistakes, but not rectifying them, Stepha3nie. 

Are they being persuaded into doing something that might destroy their chances at amnesty if discovered by the law?

Another good guess.  This is a tricky one.  It's not correct though.

Mistakes get them burned?
(Having the picture taken in the first place, and also, Heyes almost burns his fingers; Getting involved in the McCreedy/Armendariz feud gets them beaten up, cheated and almost thrown in a Mexican jail; They should have known, the posse wouldn't quit and therefore they shouldn't have stayed with the Jordans; Maybe it was a mistake to not let Charlie tell them of the gold - they almost get killed over it anyway)

It IS to do with mistakes.  The mistakes are not to do with the plot.  Does that help?

Hmm, I'll try again. In the first picture, the picture Heyes burns is a little anachonistic; a picture taken in the 1870s (as this one presumably was) wouldn't burn like shown in ASJ. In the last picture, we see the posse, but I believe the scene was not filmed for ASJ; during the chase we see several times switches in horses/riders. In the scene from the McCreedy Bust, the hats are suddenly clean, while before, in the saloon, they were dirty and dusty; a continuity mistake. Not sure about the other pictures.

Could the link be mistakes the film makers made?

When the shot returns to the camera's normal POV, she's sitting right between Heyes and Curry, where Blake's sight couldn't possibly have missed her

5.  The Posse That Wouldn't Quit - S2-E5

Revealing mistake: All the shots of the pursuing posse are "borrowed" footage, which might never have been obvious - except for the fact that one shot shows us a recognizable Heath and Nick Barkley from "The Big Valley" at the head of the pack.

6.  Jailbreak at Junction City - S2-E3

Continuity mistake: When the posse traps the bank robbers in the livery barn, the doors on both ends of the building slide shut, meeting in the middle. But in the exterior shot, as they all exit, one of the same doors that slid shut a moment before now swings open on hinges.
