Hi Everyone,
It was suggested on chat that we have a poll on the Story of the Year as we are coming up to our first anniversary and we have some fantastic stories to celebrate as we stumbled our way to forming our own identity, style and rules.
It would take the form of a poll on all the winners who have won each month going into a poll of their own. How would you like to do that? Please see the poll below. It'll run for a month.

Dear MAP, Another clarification : on two occasions we have had more than two winners and it may happen again. So we have already twelve stories to poll, and by the anniversary month we will have at least fifteen. Am I correct in assuming that all these stories will be polled ?

Hi Eva,
I think it's only fair to poll all winners.

I am not at all arguing against that. I just wanted your confirmation that it will not necessarily be twelve stories, but as many as we have had winners over the year

Yes, Eva, and you make a good point. I think that's why it may be less onerous to choose finalists from three months at a time and then select a winner from those. The last thing we want is for it to be a chore. It should be fun, and it might build the excitement to if we see the story of the quarter and then the story of the year as different heats
